Farewell Party: Thank You Letter
The farewell party for those who are leaving for our home country Cambodia was celebrated successfully. The total number of participants was 29 including graduates, students and representatives of Khmer community in Canberra. The total expense for our farewell party was AUD 478 which was used to cover lamb, other menus, soft drinks and beers.
The party was made possible through the SOLIDARITY of the executive committee members, students and all residents in Canberra. In the name of Cambodian Students Association in Canberra (CSAC), I would like to express a special thanks to Ms Sophea who put her all effort to tirelessly cook yummy foods for the party. A special thank is also given to Mr Phanith and his wife for their time and energy to cook lamb and other foods. A special thanks is also addressed to bong Vichet and his wife who made desserts for the guests. Sincere thanks are addressed to all of us who helped in preparing and organising the event from the beginning till the end.
My heartfelt thanks are addressed to Khmer community in Canberra, especially Louk Pou Darin who donated his own pocket for the cause of CSAC and we do hope that Louk Pou will continually support CSAC. We wish him all the best.
Last but not least, CSAC would like to say a BIG congratulation to those who graduated this year. We wish them with the best luck and make more wealth through their knowledge and skills they gain from here.
Vice-President of CSAC
